Community Service Project Matching Grant Applications are accepted on a rolling basis, but we kindly request that completed applications be sent to the Chairperson for review by the 15th of each calendar month. That will allow time for a complete review by the Committee Service Project Matching Grant Committee and the Gundaker Foundation Leadership Committee prior to the disbursement of reviewed and accepted Grant Proposals for all Gundaker Foundation Club Representatives to review and approve on a timely basis.
NOTE:
SNUG Grants have been awarded for 2026, and the application process has been closed! Through this initiative we were able to grant 27 clubs $1000 each. What a difference this will make for so many in District 7450! Thank You for Your Participation!

Vocational Education Scholarship Application Forms

The Vocational Scholarship Committee and Gundaker Foundation Leadership Committee will review every application immediately upon receipt. The application will then be disbursed for review and approval by Gundaker Foundation District 7450 Club Representatives. (Note: All applications will be carefully reviewed, taking into account individual extenuating circumstances. Further information may be required.)

Application Deadlines - 15 March and 15 October
Checklist: 1. Read ALL Instructions Carefully 2. FULLY complete the application form 3. Obtain at least two letters of recommendation 4. Obtain a copy of your current transcript 5. Include a small photo of yourself with your application email. 6. Email all materials and supporting documents to the Committee Chairperson no later than Midnight of the applicable deadline date. 7.
